He was predeceased by: his parent William Conrow; and his siblings, Billy R. Conrow, Roy Conrow (Pete), Betty J. King (Tootsie) and Eula Mae Hulsey.
He is survived by: his parent Lola Conrow (Griffis); his wife Rosalie; his daughter Wendy Dawn Conrow of Nixa, Missouri; his siblings, John H. Conrow of Joplin and Emma Lou Poe of Joplin; and his grandchildren, Brady Layne Wells of Nixa and Payton Elizabeth Wells of Nixa.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Shriner's Hospital for Children, in care of Parker Mortuary.
