He was predeceased by: his parents, Godfrey Busick, Jr. and Shirley Cook Busick; his son Bradly Busick; and his brothers, Larry Busick, Sr. and Godfrey Busick, III.
He is survived by: his sons, Charles "Eddie" Busick, Jr. of Joplin and Christopher Busick of Joplin; and his sisters, Teresa Claybrook (Jay) of Spring and Brenda Fahmy (Samir) of Joplin. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
