It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carlos David Zamora of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on December 1, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Dolores Barela; and his siblings, Alice Guerrero, Andrew "Andy" Zamora, David Zamora, Ernesto "Ernie" Zamora and Esias (Zamora).
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Zamora; his children, April Dewolfe (David), Monica Zamora-Lawrence (Aaron) and Farren Knapp; and his siblings, Rose Zamora (Steve), Joe Zamora, Jim Zamora (Marina) and John Zamora. He is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Christ's Community Church (2700 E 44th St, Joplin, MO 64804).
He enjoyed playing his guitar, reading, and donating blood to the American Red Cross.
