Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Calvin Wayne McGuire of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away at the age of 73, on February 19, 2025. He was predeceased by: his father Delbert Wayne McGuire; his brother Darrel Gene McGuire; and his niece Lydia Beaver. He is survived by: his mother Pauline McGuire (Stratton); his children, Robert McGuire, Jason McGuire and Angela McGuire Beeson; and his siblings, Peggy Henderson (Terry) of Independence, MO, Martin McGuire (Sandy) of Joplin, MO, Beth Buford (Tom) of Neosho, MO and Brian McGuire (Cammy) of Joplin, MO. He is also survived by three grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Derfelt Funeral Home - Galena (1116 S Main St, Galena, KS 66739). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
