He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin E. Barnard and Louana Barnard (Spencer). He is survived by: his siblings, William'Bill'Barnard (Dana Anderson) of Joplin, Patty Barnard of Joplin and Melissa Barnard of Pittsburg, Kansas. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in care of the mortuary.
