He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ted Lane, Florence Lane, Paul Godfrey and Minnie Godfrey. He is survived by: his sibling Chris; and his nieces, Mary Anne Amos of Joplin and Melissa Rushton of San Antonio, TX. He is also survived by nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
