She is survived by: her parents, Brecklyn Jo Johnson and Antonio Perez of Joplin Missouri; her sister Nevaeh; her grandparents, Traci Bowling of Joplin and Zachory Johnson of Joplin Missouri; her great-grandparents, Dixie, Michael Newberry, John and Vicky Johnson of West Mineral; her great-great-grandparents, Mary Pallettt of Weir and Kay Zwahlen of Grove Oklahoma; her grandparents, Brunny Burgos and Pedro Perez; and her great-grandparent Felicita Martinez Perez of Puerto Rico. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers they are asking for donations to help with medical and travel expenses.
