He was predeceased by: his father Charles William "Bill" Baker, Jr.; and his sons, Lauden Baker (Marriah Darnell) of Joplin and Logan Baker of Joplin. He is survived by: his mother Sherry Petersen (Howard) of Carthage; his wife Patricia Baker (Terry); his sister Shelly Jones (Baker) of Carthage; his niece Lyndsey Clark (Jason Clark) of Carthage; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxon Clark and John Spencer Clark.

The family asks that guests wear a mask and abide by social distancing protocols where possible.
