It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Boyd Carter (Joplin, Missouri), born in Carthage, Missouri, who passed away on April 22, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan J. Carter and Bessie Boyd Carter; and his wife Vivian Janice Riddle. He is survived by: his children, Donna Freeman (Mike) and James F. Carter (Marcy). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and several extended family.
