He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bresee and Wilma Bresee (Alexander). He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Paugh of Joplin and Billy Bresee, Jr. of Seneca; and his siblings, Jim Bresee of Oklahoma City, Kevin Martin of Duenweg, Alberta Watson of Carl Junction and Wanda Miller of Lanagan Mo. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
