He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Cooper and Donna Louise Cooper (Barnett); and his nephew Ben Cooper. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Stiver (Matthew), Matthew Cooper and Amanda Bowman; his brothers, Steve Cooper, Chris Thorn and Joplin; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Gabrielle, Echo, Ben and Nathan; his uncle David Barnett; his aunt Nina Barnett; and also Church (family: Lorayne Barnett). He is also survived by Family.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the family to help with his expenses.
