He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Terrie Allen (Thompson); his sons, William P. Allen (Kim) of Tulsa, David K. Allen (Olene) of Loma Linda and Robert N. Allen (Jill) of Fort Worth; his stepchildren, Daniel White (Rhonda) of Nevada, Stephanie Wright (Dalton) of Conway, David White (Tracy) of Nevada, Missouri and Bradley White (Becky Carl Junction); and his sister Illa Ewing of Sterling, Colorado. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the First United Methodist Church care of Parker Mortuary.
