She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Fannin and Patsy Rose Fannin; her son Chad Norvell; and her granddaughter Krystal Griggs. She is survived by: her husband Terry J. Philliber; her daughter Carri Carlson (Shawn) of Little Rock, Arkansas; her daughter-in-law Laura Norvell of Joplin; her grandchildren, Jacob Miller (Jami) of Frisco, Amber Seitz (Jack) of Joplin, Serenity Norvell of Joplin, Laci Carlson of Joplin and Ozzy Carlson of Little Rock; her great grandchildren, Emma Seitz and Leyton Braun; and her siblings, Gary Fannin (Vivian) of Grove, Oklahoma and Barbara Van Fleet of Joplin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
