She was predeceased by: her husband Walter "Bud" Neely; her son David Brown; her siblings, Hershel Shull and Sharon Burnett; and her sisters-in-law, Norma Shull and Roxy Shull.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Sipes (Roger) of Lamar, Tom Brown (Tina) of Edmond and Sarah Stratton (Michael) of Joplin, Missouri; and her brother Richard Shull of Diamond, Missouri.. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-two great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials are being directed to Turn Around Ranch in care of the mortuary.
