She is survived by: her spouse Warren Howard; her son Harold Howard (Wes Harris) of Ardmore; her grandsons, Shelby Howard (Lindsey) of Joplin, Stacy Howard (Alanna) of Joplin and Shawn Howard of Joplin; her great grandchildren, Jodie of Joplin, Carlie of Joplin, Dalton of Joplin and Aleah of Joplin; and her sister-in-law Kay Goff of Joplin.
