She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Short and Elise Short (Gilmore); her husband Joe Hoffman; and her siblings, Otto Short, Junior Short and Margie McDonald.
She is survived by: her children, Patty Lester (Don), Vickie Jackson (Larry) and Tim Henderson (Janice). She is also survived by five grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren as well as numerous extended family and friends.
