She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jesse Welsh and Margaret Welsh of Aldrich, Missouri.; her husband Paul Welch (Gene); her daughter Anita Highley (James) of Grove; her stepson Rob Welch (Leni) of Webb City; her siblings, Jesse Lee Welsh of Ash Grove and Betty Melton of Dadeville; and also Paula Vornauff of Galena. She was also cherished by two nieces and two nephews, cousins and many friends.
