He is survived by: his parent Ollie Mae Bradshaw Sprouse; his wife Sharon Malone Sprouse; his children, Marlene Iman (Butch) of Carl Junction, Laurie Winters (Grant) of Joplin, Scott Sprouse (Vicky) of St. Louis, Amy Hackney (Bob) of Carl Junction and Andy Sprouse (Sheila) of St. Louis; his grandchildren, Blake of Lindsay, Arthur III, Duke, Jessica, Chuck, Jared, Jesse, Emily, Britni, Sean, Macyn, Craig, James, Nate, Seth and Chris; and his brother Roy Sprouse (Betty) of Carl Junction. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
