She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Lee and Betty Ruth Clarkson (Hooper); and her sister Nancy "Nan" Clarkson. She is survived by: her siblings, Andrew Clarkson (Anne), John Clarkson and Janet Clarkson; and her nieces and nephews, Joy, Juli, Jenni, Joe, Josh, Drew and Grey. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sheltered Workshops Joplin or Joplin Humane Society in Annie's memory, in care of the mortuary.
