She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Alvin and Naomi Faye Canaday (O'Neil); her husband Martin Lee Macklin; her granddaughter Kristy Tate; and her siblings, Kate, Jane, George and H. T. Anna.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Arwood (Ron) of Joplin, Kristy Leach (Richard) of Tulsa, Paul Macklin (Mary) of Texarkana and Sandy Dewald (Bob) of Hollister, Missouri. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
