Alice Marie Harper Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Marie Harper of Joplin, Missouri, who passed away on January 3, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Plemmons and Donna Plemmons (Clark); her brother Larry Plemmons; and her grandson Micheal Wetherell. She is survived by: her husband Bill Harper; her children, Lee Harper, Mary Wetherell and Billie Harper; and her siblings, Steven Plemmons and Glenna Plemmons. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mason-Woodard Chapel (3701 E 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mason-Woodard Mortuary (3701 E 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations made be made to the Lafayette House of Joplin.
