She was predeceased by: her parents, Hyrl "Bill" Lown and Wanda Lown (Howard); and her sister Juanita Richards. She is survived by: her husband George V. Hammond Jr.; her daughters, Cynthia Sprague (Harley) and Sara Neal (Ted); her brother Hyrl Lown (Janice); her grandchildren, Jessica Holly (Jonah), Bryce Sprague, Andrew Williams and Leland Williams; her great grandchild Emerson Holly; and her brother-in-law Carlos Richards.
