He is survived by: his wife Sharon Horn (Angel) of Jonesburg, Missouri; his sons, Matt Horn (Stephanie) of Warrenton, Missouri, Greg Horn (Mary) of Warrenton, Missouri and Lance Horn of Wellsville, Missouri; and his grandchildren, Kara, Kallista, Savannah and Brooklyn.
