He was predeceased by: his mothers, Eunice Herbert and Della; his former wife Nancy Sue Corder; his daughter Tracy Diana Harlan; and his siblings, James, Charles, Parker, Thomas, Richard, John Harlan and Leona Harlan.
He is survived by: his wife Marsha Kay; his children, Kathy Sue Newton (Bill), Kerri Marie Levasseur (Jeremy), Glenn Ray Harlan (Sandy) and Bobby Wayne Harlan; his brother Paul Harlan; his grandchildren, McKenzie, MaKayla, Katelynn, Kameron, Kaiden, Brooke, Michael (Ashley), Michelle (Brandon) and William; and his great grandchildren, Hope, Emma, Kaylin, Faith, Gracie and Ryder. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Martin Funeral Home (510 E Main St, Warrenton, MO 63383). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
