He is survived by: his wife Pam; his children, Daniel Vandergriff (Loren), Chris Johnson (Chrissy), David Martin (Melissa), Kyle Martin (Kelly) and Wendi Martin; his grandchildren, Sam, Jack, Hannah, Maya, Cole, Benjamin, Kyra, Addie, Audrie and Blake; and his siblings, Jim Martin (Nancy) and Muriel Fisk (Curtis). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
