She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Acock and Maudie Acock; her husband James P. Austin, Sr.; her sons, James P. Austin, Jr., Gregory Alan Austin, Sr. and Raymond Luther Austin; and her siblings, Billy Jo Acock and Charlotte Ann Mobley.
She is survived by: her daughter Darla Arlint (Alen) of Walker, MO; her stepson Michael Avery (Teresa) of Michigan; her sisters, Cheryl McLaurin (Chuck) of Cleo, SC and Patricia Zazuliak (John) of Jerico Springs, MO; and her grandchildren, Kristi Fugate (Kirk), David Austin (Terry), Gregory Austin (Stephanie), Jarred Austin, Stacey Turowski (Daniel), Michael Austin, Andrew Austin, Nick Avery, Dannielle McWilliams, Suzanne Prough (Greg), Jessica Dodd (Steven), Ashley Hardy (Harry Ramey) and Ryleigh Austin. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and close friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Wounded Warriors and left at the funeral home.
