She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada L. Butler (Applegate) and William Scott Butler; her husband Robert L. Thomas; her siblings, Victor Butler, Kenneth Butler, William Edgar Butler, Walker L. Butler, Margarite Turner and Iola Weber; and her granddaughter Sara McEowen.
She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Ann McEowen; her son-in-law Ed McEowen of Jerico Springs; and her granddaughter Lisa McEowen of Springfield, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
