She was predeceased by: her parents, Stennis Clemons and Velma Clemons; and her siblings, Virginia Crider, Pauline Lewis, Eddie Ruth Clemons, Stennis Clemons, Jr., Phillip Clemons, Lee Clemons and James Clemons.
She is survived by: her sons, Gerry Mack of Jefferson City and Clarence Mack, Jr.; and her siblings, Joe Brown of Detroit, Michigan, John Clemons of Cape Girardeau, MO, Willie Ann Calvert (Arthur) of San Diego, CA and Paul Yizar, Jr.
