She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Tiffany Bateman; and her brother Harold Propst. She is survived by: her children, Tina Taggart of Kirksville, Laura Decker of Flagstaff, Tonya Toebben (Dennis) of Jefferson City and Mitch Taggart (Sherrie) of Chattanooga; and her brother Melvin Propst (Pat) of Jefferson City. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
