We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2019 we had to say goodbye to William Raymond Lowry (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Oskaloosa, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Joyce (Butterworth) and Porter Lowry; and his stepfather Lester Hull. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Lowry; his daughters, Jill Lowry (Carrie) and Rebecca Lee (Chris); his grandchildren, Hayden, Hudson, Hunter Grace Lee and Vera Ewers; and his siblings, Michael Lowry (Ann) and Patricia Burggraaf (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to MASTERS (Missouri Association of State Troopers Emergency Relief Society); World Hope International; Sister of St. Mary's Charities; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
