He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou Campbell (Thorp); his wife Rhonda; his children, Amanda Campbell, Ryan Campbell, Megan Campbell (Anthony Johnson) and Mason Campbell (Rosemary Koelling); his grandchildren, Bella, Ava Owens, Cambree Campbell, Charliegh Campbell, Taytum Campbell, Remington Campbell and Grayson Johnson; and his brothers, Ricky Campbell (Kiyomi) and Glen Campbell (Tina).
