Hall Jr. of Bridgeton, MO; his aunt Velma Flippin of Boonville, MO; his nieces, Patricia Malone of California, MO and Connie Moore of Jefferson City, MO; and his nephew Wayne Thomas of Jefferson City, MO.. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
