He is survived by: his mother Doris Kammerich (Billingsley); his wife Nancy Goeller; his sons, Jeff Kammerich (Brittany), Jason Kammerich (Nicci) and Josh Kammerich (Tina); and his siblings, Saundra Wulff (Arnold), Dale Kammerich, David Kammerich and Vicki Shackelford (John). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
