It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Bisbee (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Waterloo, Iowa, who passed away on December 28, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his daughter-in-law Mary Anne Bisbee. He is survived by: his wife Mary Helling; and his children, Deborah Ann and William Jr..
