Basnett of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 17, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Basnett and Bertha Basnett (Shanks); his siblings, Juanita Basnett, Lemuel Basnett, Betty Dunavant (Kenny), Lillie Roark (Dick) and Dorothy Whittle (Mark); and his nieces, Pam Moyer and Patty Basnett.
He is survived by: his brothers, Paul Basnett (Phyllis) of Lebanon and Larry Basnett (Joyce) of Jefferson City; his caregiver Dickie Roark (Wanda); his close friend Phyllis Wright; and his sister-in-law Sarah Basnett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
