He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Silvey and Dorothy Silvey (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Silvey; and his children, Vickie Herrington (Dan), William E. Silvey (Jeanette), Bobbie Garber (Tony), Lorie Fryatt (Bud), Dorothy David (Jim), Donna Sinnett (Bart) and Dan Silvey (Jenny). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
