He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph Nolte and AnnaBell Nolte (Mantle); his wife Josephine Troesser; his sisters, Marlee Green, Judy Goff and Sue Lairmore; and his brother-in-law Jimmy Lairmore.
He is survived by: his children, Malinda Penberthy (Butch) and Brian Nolte; his grandson Lee Henry Penberthy; and his brother-in-law Ralph Hutinger.
