She was predeceased by: her parent Romeo McKenzie; and her siblings, Bill McKenzie and Trudy Tichenor. She is survived by: her parent Sadie McKenzie (Thomas); her sons, John Monroe (Sarah) of Jefferson City and James Monroe of Holts Summit; her grandson Derek Monroe (Jessica) of Jefferson City; and her great grandchildren, Nicholas Monroe, Elijah Monroe and Madison Behrens. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to St. Joseph Orphanage in Clayton, Mo.
