It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valencia Herndon-Bell of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Mexico, Missouri, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Herndon, and Ellen Delores Herndon, Jr. (Curtis). She is survived by: her husband Raymond Bell of St. Louis; her children, Jeroslin Shivers of Columbia, Jep-A Winn-Schuster of Troy, Lexus Herndon of Peoria, IL and Marquese Herndon of Jefferson City; and her siblings, Kenneth Herndon of Jefferson City, Richard Herndon II of Mexico, Tina Gant of Killeen and Veronica Jenkins (Ariel) of St. Charles. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
