Trudy Bruns Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Trudy Bruns of Jefferson City, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 11, 2025 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Graeser and Gertrude Graeser (Klaus); her husbands, Bob Tegethoff and Roddy Bruns; and her siblings, Frank Graeser (Millie), Helen Dintleman (Bill) and Mary Ann Fischer (George).
She is survived by: her children, Sue Kuebler (Wayne) of Jefferson City, Mary Schultz (Rick) of Mission Hills, Kansas, Steve Tegethoff (Manette) of Tomball and Mike Tegethoff (Carol) of Houston Tx; her stepsons, Terry Bruns (Connie) of Jefferson City and Mike Bruns of Jefferson City; her grandchildren, Renee West (Jeff), Jennifer Surber (Chris), Chelle Meek (Travis), Sam Schultz (Lauren), Sarah Mugavero (Joe), Stacey Schultz, Megan Spencer (Josh) and Jessica Glende (Kris); and her stepgrandchildren, Regan Bruns and Molly Bruns.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (216 Broadway St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (3015 W Truman Blvd, Jefferson City, MO 65109).
