He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin and Betty Mae Brown (Logan); his wife Glenda Connell; his brother Paul Brown; his sister-in-law Barbara Gatewood (Monty); his great-niece Courtney Allison; his stepson William Harmon Jr.; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Elliana Baldwin.
He is survived by: his brothers, Samuel Brown of Raytown and Kenneth Brown of Jefferson City; his sister-in-law Lorna Bybee (Edwin) of Jefferson City; his nieces, Angela Moser and Ashley King; his nephew Mark Brown; his stepdaughter Valerie Bowers (Dew) of Broken Arrow, Okla.; his stepgrandchildren, Colin Carrender (Katie), Brianna Carrender, Haley Baldwin (Cole) and Shelby Bowers (Marshall); and his pet Tilly. He is also survived by six step-great-grandchildren.
