He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Beckwith Frazier, Sr. and Vyvian Emma Frazier (Harper). He is survived by: his siblings, Jane Frazier of Jefferson City, Missouri and William Frazier (Polly) of Dallas, Texas; and his nephews, Billy Frazier, Scott Frazier and David Frazier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
