It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tobey Lynn Miller (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on February 11, 2019, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Burke and Bonnie "White" Burke; her significant other Brian McCarty of Jefferson City; her children, Codey Hendren of Centralia, Brandon Miller of Alaska, Joshua Miller of Republic, Zachary McCarty of Jefferson City and Kyle McCarty of Jefferson City; and her brother Anthony Williams of Moberly. She was also cherished by grandmothers; extended family and many close friends.
