Janine Haynes wrote a sympathy message

“The world has lost an incredible man. I worked with Tom many years at Chesebrough-Pond's/Unilever and enjoyed seeing Tom each time. He was a man of incredible integrity and focus yet he had the amazing balance to not take things too seriously and always offered an insight of humor. He always brightened my day and I always left his work area with a smile. I will miss him. May God hold all of you closely in his hands and comfort you during this difficult time. Ralph Haynes”
