He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leland Neher of Ashland and Janese "Jan" Stock Neher of Jefferson City; his grandparents, Harvey, Willetta Neher of Mountain Grove, Missouri, William "Bill" and Maxine Stock; and his caregiver Amber Phillips of Jefferson City.
