He is survived by: his former wife Libby Jane Niedner; his wife Libby Shivers; his children, Jim Shivers (Mindy) of Jefferson City, Chelsea Holtmeyer (Brandon) of Jefferson City and Stephanie Huskey of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Ryan Shivers, Alyssa Huskey, Emma and Logan Holtmeyer; and his great grandchildren, Jordan, Brady Shivers, Dean and Ariel Thomson.
