She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Christopher and Charlotte Josephine Vanderfeltz (Dulle); her son Mark Henry Balcer; and her sister Sonya Hollingsworth. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Charlotte Andersen (Randy Barnes) of Jefferson City and Dr. Conrad Balcer (Karen) of Jefferson City. She is also survived by her grandchildren; and her niece and nephews.
