He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Price Jr. and Alviest Fairbanks Jenkins; and his siblings, Barbara Riat, Jeffrey Jenkins and Elenore "Lynn" Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Jenkins of Jefferson City; and his children, Bruce Jenkins of Guatemala, Bryan Jenkins (Suzann) of Sedalia and Barbie Clemmons (Eric) of Lees Summit. He is also survived by two step-sons, ten grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Jefferson City Animal Shelter.
