She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleo Burl and Letha Faye Abbott (Adams); her former husband William Roger Pirner; her children, Debbie Patterson (Bill), Larry Pirner and Gary Pirner; her granddaughter Lana Michele Patterson; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Pirner, Megan and Alexandra Patterson.
She is survived by: her husband Norbert Kempker; her children, Karen Freeman and Tom Pirner (Janice); her daughters-in-law, Janis Pirner and Michele Whiteon of Belton, MO; her grandchildren, Angelia Culley, Heather Rice, Bill Patterson, Morgan Patterson, Nathan Patterson, Ryan Pirner, Matthew Pirner, Melissa Johnson, Kellyn Freeman, Regan Freeman and Logan Freeman; and her stepchildren, Tom Kempker (Chris), Sue Hilkemeyer (John), Mike Kempker (Lori), Belinda Volz (Rob), Brenda Gebhardt (Jeff), Cindy Roush (Jerry), Debbie Meyer (Kevin), Donna Richenburg (John), Karen Kempker, Steve Kempker (Kelley) and Twenty. She is also survived by Twenty-two step grandchildren and nine step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Cancer Society.
