With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sharen Green of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in California, Missouri, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sharen left this world on October 31, 2024 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melinda Joyce, Sr. (Raithel) and Leslie Joyce, Sr.; her husband Frank Green; and her granddaughter Amanda Belcher. She is survived by: her children, Kevin Green (Kelly) of Jefferson City, Karen Belcher (Matt) of Owensville and Keith Green (Mary) of Franklin, Wisconsin; her brother Leslie Joyce, Jr. (Yvette) of Jefferson City; and her grandchildren, Lee Miller, Desiré Cedeño, Kristina Harvey, Dalton Schubert, Margaret "Meg" Belcher, Jennifer Enloe and Kristy Litchford. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; one niece; and three nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (4409 Saint John's Rd, Schubert, MO 65101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery-Schubert (4409 St Johns Rd, Jefferson City, MO 65101).
